Refund policy

At Its Custom Press, we take great pride in creating personalized products that meet our customers' expectations. We strive to ensure that every order is made with care and attention to detail. However, we understand that there may be times when a customer may wish to return an order. Therefore, we have created the following refund policy:

  1. Conditions for Refunds

We will accept returns for products only if there is an error in the personalization, or if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to the customer.

  1. Time Limit for Refunds

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to request a refund or exchange. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of the request for refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for paying for the return of the product unless there is an error in the personalization.

  1. Return Process

To request a refund or exchange, customers must contact us at custompress24@gmail.com and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if it is damaged or defective)

Once we have received the request, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to us. We will inspect the product upon receipt and process the refund or exchange within 7 days.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for personalized products that are made to order and have been produced according to the customer's specifications. This includes items such as custom tumblers or personalized clothing.

  1. Store Credit

If a customer is not satisfied with the product but does not wish to return it, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.
