All of our personalized products are made to order, so please allow 2-5 business days for us to process and create your order. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

- Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
- Shipping Fees and Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for any delays in delivery once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. If a package is lost or stolen, we will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. However, we are not responsible for any refund or replacement of products that are lost or stolen in transit.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to reship your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
